Scion and ForestSAT welcome you to Rotorua, New Zealand, from 9 to 13 September 2024 for the Association for Forest Spatial Analysis Technologies Conference.

The global event Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial (FOSS4G 2024) will be hosted in Belém, Brazil from 1 to 8 December 2024.

The Third R&D Expert Workshop was organised in collaboration with GOFC-GOLD, CSIRO and the Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network (TERN). It took place 24-26 February 2015 in Brisbane, Australia, and was focused on remote sensing approaches for strong vegetation biomass estimation.

The Second R&D Expert Workshop took place on 1-3 October 2014 in Wageningen, The Netherlands. It was organised in collaboration with GOFC-GOLD and was focused on forest degradation.

The First R&D Expert Workshop was held at the Woods Hole Research Centre, USA on the 10-11 June 2014 focusing on sensor interoperability and complementarity.
