Steps
1. Prepare yoghurt from 1 l fresh milk or use yoghurt. Put yoghurt in cheese cloth and drain water to make cheese.
2. Weigh the cheese. Mix an equal quantity of powdered sugar and cheese (by weight).
3. Let stand for 1 hour. When sugar dissolves, add saffron. Decorate with almonds, pistachios, and spices. Serve cold.
