The TAP Meeting & Third Partners Assembly were held in Kigali (Rwanda) from 19 to 21 January 2016. The meetings were attended by more than 50 participants - from 25 TAP Partners organizations and implementing partners of the (CDAIS) project - with the objective of reviewing the progress made in the implementation of the CDAIS project and the TAP Action Plan.
