Scientific partnerships to promote fruit and vegetable production

During the event, FAO and the Centre de Coopération Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le Développement (CIRAD) will launch the new publication: “Fruit and Vegetables: opportunities and challenges for small-scale sustainable farming” in support of the UN International Year of Fruits and Vegetables 2021.
The publication provides an overview of a wide range of fruit and vegetables and offers guidance to small-scale farmers starting up or expanding fruit and vegetable production.
