On the occasion of the International Day of Forests 2025, FAO National Goodwill Ambassador for Ecuador and world-famous chef Rodrigo Pacheco takes us on a walk through his own edible forest on the coast of the Ecuadorian province of Manabi, where he sustainably grows ingredients for food served in his restaurants.
