There had been a number of changes in the staffing of NACA/RLCP project staff since the commencement of the 6th NACA Training Course. Mr. Pedro G. Padlan who joined temporarily from FAO Headquarters, Rome as the Acting NACA Training Coordinator continued up to 31 March 1986. Engr. Angelito T. Vizcarra, RLCP Programme Office, resigned begining April 1986 and Ms. Jurgenne H. Primavera took over and was appointed new RLCP Programme Officer on 14 May 1986. In late July, 1986, she was appointed by the Chief of SEAFDEC, AQD to head the Training Division of SEAFDEC, AQD. Further, in May 1986, Ms. Mildred Rivas and Ms. Lucy Alocada were transferred from the project and were replaced by Rolando Mamauag and Ms. Cecilia Doris Veloso on 16 May 1986. Subsequently, Ms. Maritone Tresvalles and Ms. Concepcion Franco were transferred to the Training and Extension Division and Ms. Carolina Constantino joined in place of Ms. Veloso on 9 February 1987.
