Senior RDs who will conduct in-situ training programme for FFs, should be provided with some kind of remuneration.
There should be close linkage between FRI and DoF to promote extension activities by solving field problems through research.

There should be strong linkage between FRI and DoF for the improvement of quality of research findings.
Member-Director (Fisheries) - Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC)
Department of Fisheries should work closely with the Fish Farmers through TDES.
Director General - Rural Development Academy - Bogra
TDES is entirely a new approach and seems to be an effective and suitable extension system. It should also be taken up by other departments/ministries having rural development activities.
