INTRODUCTION

1. The Sixty-Eighth Session of the Council was held in Rome on 27 and 28 November 1975, under the Chairmanship of G. Bula Hoyos.

Adoption of the Agenda ¹

2. The Council adopted the agenda given in Appendix A to this report.

Election of Vice-Chairmen ²

3. The Council elected Li Yung-Kai (China) and S. Nechev (Bulgaria) as First Vice-Chairman and Second Vice-Chairman respectively.
