FAO/WHO Regional Conference on Food Safety for Asia and the Pacific
The following proposed timetable and Conference format is based on a four-day meeting with five plenary sessions and two concurrent sessions for two break-out groups.
Day 1-
09:00- 09:30: Opening session- welcome, objectives, key note speakers
09:30- 11:00: Plenary session (discussion of paper #1)
11:00- 11:30: Break
11:30- 13:00: Plenary session (discussion of paper #2)
13:00- 14:30: Lunch
14:30- 16:00: Plenary session (discussion of paper #3)
16:00- 16:30: Break
16:30- 18:00: Plenary session (discussion of paper #4)
Day 2-
09:00- 10:30: Plenary session (discussion of paper #5)
10:30- 11:00: Break
11:00- 12:30: Concurrent sessions of two working groups
12:30- 14:00: Lunch
14:00- 15:30: Concurrent sessions of two working groups (con't)
15:30- 16:00: Break
16:00- 17:30: Reconvening of plenary session to discuss outcome of working groups
Day 3-
Report writing and translation of report
Day 4-
09:00- 10:30: Report adoption
10:30- 11:00: Break
11:00- 12:30: Conclusion of report adoption and closing remarks
