��BENIN

Following a well above-average cereal harvest in 2003, estimated at about 1 million tonnes (including paddy), cereal imports during the 2004 marketing year are forecast to be about 203�000 tonnes, mostly wheat and rice. This figure includes 5�000 tonnes of wheat and 30�000 tonnes of rice for re-exports.
