The report of the ad hoc Working Group was adopted on 10 May 1985, after which the participants thanked the convenor for the facilities put at their disposal.
The adoption of the report was followed by an official closing ceremony, performed by the First Assistant Senior Divisional Officer of the Southwest Province, Mr. Nkwenti in the presence of Dr. E. Tebong, Director of IRZ.
