The Committee adopted the Provisional Agenda as presented in the document, CX/CPC 98/1 with the understanding that it would consider Agenda Item 3 prior to Item 2 in order for the Committee to proceed as far as possible at the present Session. For easier reference, the item numbers referred to in this report follow those in the Provisional Agenda.
