1. The Fourth Session of the Codex Committee on Milk and Milk Products (CCMMP) was held in Wellington, New Zealand from 28 February to 3 March 2000 at the kind invitation of the Government of New Zealand. Dr. S. Hathaway, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, chaired the Session. It was attended by 156 participants representing 34 Members of the Commission and 6 international organizations.
