The purpose of this activity is to develop appropriate methods to monitor and evaluate TCP project experimental activities, and to train people in their use, in line with activities 6.8 of the TCP agreement.
The contractor will:
work in collaboration with the restocking, vegetable growing, hay-making, and milk production activities organised in Arkhangay through the TCP project;develop methods to monitor and evaluate project activities both through their measurable impact and especially through the perceptions of project beneficiaries of both process and outcome;
draw lessons from this experience about how better to plan future activities in these fields;
train project staff at aimag, sum and bag level in the use of these monitoring and evaluation methodologies;
prepare final reports in English and Mongolian
