6. The Executive Committee adopted the Provisional Agenda[2] as the Agenda for its Session. It was agreed to discuss the Action Plan proposed by the Chairperson under Agenda Item 9 (Other Business). At the request of the Regional Representative for South-west Pacific, it agreed to discuss matters regarding overall microbiological risk assessment under Agenda Item 4 and the reactivation of the Codex Committee on Meat Hygiene under Agenda Item 7 (Implementation of the Commission’s Programme of Work) and, if necessary, Agenda Item 9 (Other Business). At the request of the Regional Representative for North America, it also agreed to discuss arrangements for the sequential handling of work by different Codex Committees under Agenda Item 9.
