There were nine overseas participants, from Antigua and Barbuda, Cuba, Curacao, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago. There were three participants from the host country Martinique and one from its sister Department Guadeloupe. There were six resource persons from Ifremer, IRPM, the CARICOM Fisheries Unit and FAO.
14. The meeting was informed that the Participant from Barbados was unable to attend.
