1. The Second Ad Hoc Meeting of Intergovernmental Organizations on Programmes of Work Related to Subsidies in Fisheries took place at FAO Headquarters in Rome on 4 and 5 July 2002.
2. Representatives from the following Intergovernmental Organizations (IGO) participated in the meeting: the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN); the Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM); the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and, the World Trade Organisation (WTO). The names of the participants are listed in Appendix B.
