CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR INLAND FISHERIES LOANS

A.	Requirements When Property to be Mortgaged is Covered by Torrens Title:
	1.	(   )	Original/Transfer Certificate of Title. If the title is subject to Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, submission of the following is required:
			(   ) A certified copy of the Deed of Extra-Judicial Partition
	2.	(   )	Latest tax declaration issued on the property, duly certified by the Provincial Assessor or Provincial/Municipal Treasurer concerned.
	3.	(   )	Land tax issued on the property for the current year or in lieu thereof, a certificate from the Municipal Treasurer concerned that taxes on said property for the period have been fully paid.
	4.	(   )	Plan of the property offered as security certified to as correct by either a public or private land surveyor. (In case of urban land, the plan has to be approved by the Real Estate and Government Loans Department, DBP) with vicinity map.
	5.	(   )	Project Study
B.	Additional Requirements When Property to be Developed into Fishpond is Leased from the Government:

	6.	(   )	Certificate of the Provincial Treasurer or Provincial Assessor to the effect that the particular area to be developed is not covered by any Tax Declaration in the name of other persons.
	7.	(   )	Certificate from the Commission of the Fisheries regarding the suitability of Project Site for Fishpond Purposes.
	8	(   )	Development Plan, project study and a five-year prospectus.
C.	Other Requirements:
