a Member Nations admitted to Membership at the 19th Conference Session (November 1977).

b Member Nations whose arrears equal or exceed contributions due for the two preceeding calendar years and thus in danger of losing their voting rights at the Twentieth Session of the Conference in accordance with Article III.4 of the Constitution.

c Lao made a voluntary undertaking in 1978 to pay its arrears for 1973 and 1975 in ten annual instalments of $2,378.70 commencing in 1978, while at the same time paying current contributions in the year of assessment. The first payment under this arrangement was received in September 1978 and the second in May 1979.

d Member Nation in arrears with payments due under Conference Resolution 26/71.
