CHANGES IN ATTENDANCE AT APPROVED SESSIONS SINCE 1 JANUARY 1982

 

AGA 951

under programme 2.1.3 a "Workshop on Animal Feed Security Measures in Emergency Situations" was programmed as a Category 4 activity. The participants were to have been selected individuals. This session has been modified to include participants from UN Specialized Agencies, International Organizations and individual experts. Its title has been changed from Workshop to Expert Consultation. It therefore becomes a Category 3 meeting under Article VI-4 of the Constitution. Direct meetings costs have been reduced from $10 000 to $7 740. The Session number becomes AGA 810.

under programme 2.1.6 was originally scheduled as "Symposium on Urbanization and Nutrition in Latin America" but became an "Expert Consultation on Intensive Urbanization and its Implications on Food and Nutrition in Latin America ." The Article of the Constitution and the Category were changed from VI-5 (2) to VI-4 (3). Attendance instead of being by Individuals in Personal Capacity was by Selected Member Nations. The direct meetings costs have been reduced from $18 250 to $5 400.
