THE EIGHTH WORLD FORESTRY CONGRESS

The above Congress was held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 16 to 28 October 1978, at the kind invitation of the Government of Indonesia. Proceedings including the Papers presented during the Conference will be published in due course.

One session (Agenda item 26) of the Conference was dedicated to “The Conservation of Forest, Animal and Plant Genetic Resources”.
