THE EMBRYON
An ASEAN journal for scientific publication of research and developments in the field of forest tree seed

Volume 1, No. 1 of the Embryon was published in September 1986. It is an occasional publication from the ASEAN-Canada Forest Tree Seed Centre, established in 1983. The first issue describes research conducted at this Centre. It covers subjects related to seed handling procedures of e.g. Melia azedarach, M. dubia, Aradirachta indica, Gmelina arborea, Pinus merkusii, Dipterocarpus alatus, Shorea roxburghii.
