Election of Members of the WFP Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes1
14. The Conference at its Twenty-sixth Session had adopted Resolution 9/91 concerning the revision of the General Regulations of the WFP and an increase in membership of the WFP Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes (CFA) from 30 to 42 members.
15. The Council therefore was required to elect five members to replace those whose term of office ended on 31 December 1991, and to elect six additional members in accordance with the distribution and terms of office prescribed in operative paragraph 3 of the Conference Resolution 9/91.
