43. In accordance with Staff Regulation 301.111, the Council appointed H.E. Joseph Amichia, Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to the Holy See, as the second Alternate Chairman of the FAO Appeals Committee.
44. The Council decided that its Hundred and Tenth Session would be convened on 3 November 1995 at FAO Headquarters, unless the Twenty-eighth Session of the Conference finished early, in which case it would be convened beforehand.
