VIII. Fifteenth anniversary of the universal declaration of human rights

In view of the invitation addressed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to all United Nations agencies to take appropriate steps for the celebration of the Fifteenth Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which fell on 10 December 1963, a ceremony was held on 22 November in connection with the unveiling of the plaques commemorating the Hot Springs and Quebec Conferences (see Resolution No. 5/63 in paragraph 118).
