1. The Fourth Session of the Advisory Committee on Fisheries Research (ACFR) was held in Rome, Italy, from 10 to 13 December 2002.
2. The Session was called to order by the Chairperson of the Advisory Committee on Fisheries Research, Mr Michael Sissenwine.
3. The Session was attended by all the eight members of the Committee. The list of participants is attached as Appendix B.
