The format and content of the national reports to be produced during this preparatory phase was discussed based on a draft proposal in annex 2.2 of the project document.
It was agreed that FAO should produce a revised table of contents based on some general comments by the participants. This table is shown in Appendix 4. To facilitate collection of data during a baseline study a format similar to the one shown in Appendix 5 was recommended.
