All APFW participants availing the transport service to Clark and Manila international airports (Terminals 1, 2 & 3) are advised to approach the AIRPORT TRANSFER DESK located at Fontana Convention Center – Lobby/Foyer area besides the Exhibit area and register for your departure schedule. 

For participants departing from Clark International Airport

Transport service (APFW vans) will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel. Please settle all your accounts ahead of time and be ready at the lobby at least 30 minutes before your departure schedule

For participants departing from  Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminals 1, 2 & 3)

All buses going to the airport are departing from Fontana Convention Center (FCC) and NOT from your respective hotel

Local transport service (APFW vans) from your hotel to Fontana Convention Center will be available at least one hour before the departure schedule. However, due to the high volume of participants going to Manila, participants may arrange their own transportation to reach Fontana Convention Center.

The departure schedule from Fontana Convention Center to Manila on February 25, 26, and 27 is listed below:

6:00 am
9:00 am
12:00 noon
3:00 pm

Participants departing from Manila airport are advised to leave Clark at least 6 hours before the expected time of departure (ETD) of their flight.  Travel time from Clark (Fontana) may take 3 to 4 hours and at least 2 hours pre-departure requirements at the airport.
