Master Trainers Course: Training Skills

Throughout the course, planning and organizing training as well as different delivery techniques were presented by an expert with more than 30 years in this field. The training skills sessions were interlaced amongst the survey and control technical sessions, usually at the end of each day, so that trainees would have first hand examples of what occurred during that day. This portion of the course was meant to prepare participants to return to their country and carry out effective training to their own staff. Each trainee presented a 20 minute training session on a specific locust-related topic that was evaluated by the trainers.
