In January 2019, 59 civil society organizations published the position paper “Strengthening Agroecology”. It calls to use agroecology for a fundamental transformation of agri-food systems and to exploit the potentials of the concept to combat rural poverty and to adapt to the climate crisis. The Federal Office for Food and Agriculture (BLE) is inviting to a regional event on 4th February 2020. The authors of the position paper will present its content in more depths. The event provides ample time for dialogue and information exchange.
The event addresses especially interested stakeholders from and around Cologne/Bonn.
