To support the process of addressing the urgent needs for a just transition towards a fair, healthy and sustainable food systems, this article presents a new series of popular education materials on agroecological transitions building on the arguments of United Nations experts and rich experiences from diverse agroecological communities. Thereby outlining specific legal and policy actions that governments can take to facilitate a just transition to agroecology.

The series is produced by FIAN Ecuador and based on a FIAN International briefing paper. It explores just transitions from the perspective of human rights and agroecology and available here in Spanish.
