The 13th edition of the Let’s Liberate Diversity! (LLD) Forum will take place in Antibes, France, as part of the "Sow Your Resistance" international gathering, from October 1st to October 5th, 2024.

Organized by Maison des Semences Paysannes Maralpines (MSPM), Réseau Semences Paysannes (RSP), the European Coordination Let's Liberate Diversity (EC-LLD), and SOL Alternatives Agroécologiques et Solidaires, the international gathering and the Forum will bring together more than 300 participants from around the globe, including farmers, breeders, activists, seed savers, researchers, and citizens.

This year's event will feature an enriched program that includes a wide array of workshops, presentations, and discussions. Key topics will encompass practical aspects such as seed quality, drying and storage methods, participatory breeding, as well as seed policy, and the intersection of seeds and migrants, featuring insights from international projects such as Horizon LiveSeeding and Erasmus+ DevierSeedPaths. 

The event will also facilitate networking opportunities and collaborative moments, set against the broader theme of "Seeds and Migrants." Participants from over 50 countries across five continents will converge in Antibes to share their experiences and innovations on cultivated biodiversity and discuss the crucial role of diversified seed systems in supporting agroecological transitions and contributing to a paradigm shift in our food systems.
