The Sembrando Capacidades project presents the recording of the "Agroecological Transitions: Practices and Experiences" event which aims to present the document ''Agroecological Transitions: Practices and Experiences in Colombia'' that collect the experiences and practices of nine agroecological transition initiatives in Colombia and three traditional agroecological systems. The ''Sembrando Capacidades'' project is a trilateral South-South cooperation initiative between the  Brazilian Cooperation Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (ABC/MRE), the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply of Brazil (MAPA), FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Colombia (MADR). It aims to improve differentiated public policies for the peasant, family farming, and community agriculture in Colombia, through the exchange of experiences with Brazil.
