根据过去十年间高专组报告的 发现以及广泛的科学文献,本报告的 主要信息为:
1. 迫切需要加强和巩固关于粮食安 全和营养的概念思维,以便优先 考虑食物权、拓宽对粮食安全的 理解、采用粮食体系分析和政策 框架;
