This two-day meeting gathered representatives from different AgWA partner organizations such as FAO, WaterNet, IFAD, COMESA, IGAD, IWMI, CILSS, ARID, the Swiss Cooperation, the European Union, CARE International, etc.

Participants reviewed the different activities implemented by the Partnership during 2012/2013 and discussed the plan for 2014-2015. In addition to this, the governance structure, the implementation set-up and the financial plan of the Partnership for the next biennium were also open to debate.

At the end of the meeting, participants agreed on AgWA’s way forward for 2014/2015, and the partner’s roles and responsibilities in the implementation of future activities/projects were defined.
