Virtual Technical Partners Update Meeting:'Regional Project on Livestock Emergency Preparedness and Response for Areas at High Risk of Volcanic Eruptions’

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in partnership with the U.S. Agency for International Development's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID-BHA), is organizing a Technical Partner Update for the regional project entitled: “Livestock Emergency Preparedness and Response for Areas at High Risk of Volcanic Eruptions”. The objective of the project is to enhance the capacities of key stakeholders involved with livestock in preparedness and response to volcanic events.   It will enable volcanic eruption-prone areas to be better prepared in mitigating the effects of eruptions on livestock and associated livelihoods.
