Two Cartagena Protocol meeting reports - Liability/redress and Article 18 (paragraph 2)
On 18-20 October 2004, the Technical Group of Experts on Liability and Redress in the Context of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety met in Montreal, Canada. On 1-3 November 2004, a workshop on capacity-building and exchange of experiences as related to the implementation of paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Protocol was held in Bonn, Germany.
