The report of the 2nd meeting of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention (i.e. the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters), that took place on 25-27 May 2005 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is now available. At the meeting, Decision II/1 on Genetically Modified Organisms (ECE/MP.PP/2005/2/Add.2) was adopted.
