The UN Secretary General Mr Ban Ki-Moon, in visit to Rome, met with stakeholders of the Committee on World Food Security (CFS), all FAO ambassadors and delegates, Rome agencies staff on May 7th 2014. The event has been webcast and a recording is available here.
The UN SG, amongst the main points of his intervention, discussed climate change and started by mentioning that the High Level Panel of Experts "published a far-sighted report on the intersection of climate change and food security."
