On the opening of the second day of the 16th HLPE Steering Committee meeting, chaired by the CFS Chair, H.E. Amb. Mario Arvelo, the HLPE Steering Committee re-elected Mr Patrick Caron as its Chairperson for a second mandate and elected Mr Mahmoud El-Solh as its Vice-Chairperson.
