To feed a global population projected to reach 10 billion by 2050, innovative approaches to our food production will remain essential to ensuring safe, sufficient, nutritious, and affordable food for all. The aim of this dialogue is to encourage concerned actors to strengthen water governance regimes, invest in improved water management for food systems, and promote access to safe drinking water, sanitation, and sustainable utilisation of our water resources to ensure food security and nutrition now and into the future.
