The negotiation process will follow the CFS principles and guidelines on negotiation modalities provided in the Guidance Note approved by the Bureau at its 23 March 2022 meeting by the Bureau at its 23 March 2022 meeting. Attention is also drawn to the interpretation announcement for the negotiations.
