北京 ---- 为了在2030年前实现全球可持续发展目标，共享治理解决方案和良好实践将成为消除贫困的主要因素。这是今天召开的中国扶贫国际论坛上传递的信息。  2017中国扶贫国际论坛今日在京举行，本次论坛主题为“减贫治理方案的开发与共享”，论坛由联合国粮食及农业组织、中国互联网新闻中心、中国国际扶贫中心、世界银行和亚洲开发银行联合主办。  来自七个国家的政府机构、国际组织、学术界和私营部门的100多名代表参加了此次活动。 本次论坛的重点是开发和共享中国扶贫的最佳实践，以帮助其他发展中国家消除贫困。 论坛还介绍了抗击贫困的创新方法和最新进展。 联合国粮农组织驻中国和朝鲜代表马文森博士呼吁加快推广最佳实践，以实现在全球消灭极端贫困的目标。 他指出，南南合作的成功就是实施更佳治理方式的一个例证。“为了实现一个任何人都不被遗弃的世界，中国及其他地区的减贫政策和知识应该提供给国际社会。这是实现可持续发展目标的关键一步，”马文森说。 减贫和南南合作都是中国-联合国粮农组织国家规划框架（2016-2020）的重点内容。 为此，粮农组织正加强与伙伴的合作，共同探索促进与发展中国家共享扶贫知识的创新方式。  发布知识共享平台 在论坛期间，全球减贫在线知识共享数据库正式发布。 该数据库旨在系统地记录减贫的有效做法。该平台针对全球用户设计，在该领域工作的专业人士都将能够通过平台上传和分享其减贫实践。 此外，粮农组织与中国互联网新闻中心还发布了创新减贫知识分享方式的概念视频，探索促进减贫领域的南南合作的新途径。 多年来，中国在扶贫方面取得了显著成绩，积累了许多良好的做法，特别是在2015年中国提出彻底消除贫困的目标之后。中国的这一努力促进了同其他发展中国家和国际组织的共享与学习。 通过积极落实《2030年可持续发展议程》，中国将为消灭极端贫困的全球目标做出更大的贡献。
