| Objective / Goal | The conservation and sustainable management of the natural and cultural heritage of the Yasuní biosphere are part of the national priorities of the Government of Ecuador that can be identified in their National Plan of Good Living (NPGL). This program worked with 28 communities from the Yasuni Biosphere Reserve and was implemented by various agencies in partnership with the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador (MAE), including FAO, UNIFEM, UNDP, UNESCO, UN-HABITAT and UNWTO. |
