It contributes to sustainable landscape management, the maintenance of permanent grasslands (with a positive impact on biodiversity and soil carbon) and the creation of an active rural fabric. For example, the development of leguminous plants in fodder systems is a major challenge for improving grassland productivity, strengthening food and protein autonomy while providing benefits. This contributes to improving farm resilience and reducing input use.
