Smart milk: The good rules of good milk
This knowledge product was developed to mitigate the effect of increased food standards on smallholders. Special attention was given to hygienic aspects of milking and sources of stress that have direct implications on cows’ productivity and milk quality. The animation is part of a “Smart Milk” series produced under the framework of FAO and EBRD technical assistance project in Kazakhstan, “Supporting inclusive dairy value chain development”.
