Description
Exempted sellers of vegetal-origin feedstock to biodiesel manufacturers from paying selected taxes, with a view to stimulate domestic biodiesel production.
Notes
With a view to support the development of the countrys relatively young biodiesel sector, the government decided to exempt the sale of vegetal-origin feedstock for biodiesel from paying selected taxes. The tax suspension will apply to both cooperatives producing feedstock and to processors and companies that store and market biodiesel feedstock.
