Announced availability of soft loans for farmers for up to USD 5.9 million. The funds can be used for purchases of fertilizers and wheat planting seeds at a rate of USD 47 /ha for fertilizers and USD 23 /ha for planting seeds. The interest on the loans is 4.5 percent per year.
