Reformed trade policies, including the following measures: streamlining of export regulations; lowering of export taxes for soybean, soymeal and soyoil, with further reductions planned for the coming years; elimination of export taxes for sunflowerseed, groundnut and their respective oils/meals; and simplification of import procedures for soybeans.
