Description
Decided to suspend the country\'s export tax on crude palm oil, in a bid to stimulate exports and prevent further rises in domestic inventories. The tax suspension would remain in place until May 2019.
Notes
Following fresh drops in the reference market price for palm oil, Malaysia decided to keep its export tax on the commodity at zero until May 2019.
